Collection of GCSE certificates

GCSE certificates from the summer 2025 examination series will be available for collection from main reception at Perins School, the week commencing Monday 17th November on Tuesdays to Thursdays between 15:30 - 16:30, up until the Christmas break.

Certificates need to be collected by the candidate themselves, as they need to be signed for.

However, if they would like to nominate someone else to collect and sign for the certificates on their behalf, they must email exams@perins.hants.sch.uk stating their full name and the name of the person they are nominating to collect them on their behalf.
We are unable to make exceptions to this.

Certificates are retained by the centre for 24 months after receipt from the Awarding bodies, after which time they are destroyed, in line with JCQ regulations.
