Pastoral and Wellbeing at Perins
We are proud of our pastoral system. We recognise that sometimes for whatever reason, life at school may become a challenge, at Perins we foster a caring and supportive environment throughout the school. Thanks to our specialised student services team, we benefit from being able to identify and address any concerns as they arise.
Our team consists of non-teaching staff, including Guidance managers, Heads of Year and Heads of House whose primary role is to ensure the welfare of your child, supporting your child’s social, wellbeing and mental health needs. Our philosophy towards well-being is reflected in our support for students and staff to adopt effective physical, mental and spiritual strategies and practices. By understanding that well-being is achieved when the mind, body and spirit are in synergy, the individual will be equipped to adapt to life’s challenges and compromises with confidence and self-belief.
