On Thursday 20th and Friday 21st January, the NHS School Age Immunisation Team will be administering the covid vaccination to students aged 12 or above on Thursday or Friday for whom they have consent.
Please make sure students have the means to access food at break and lunch, and a filled water bottle.
To allow for a smooth running of the vaccinations, we request that students wear Perins PE kit to school on 20th and 21st January. Students who are not having the vaccination may also wear their PE kit to school if they wish.
Student Services should be the first port of call for any student who is feeling anxious or overwhelmed by the vaccination process.
Please contact the immunisation team with any queries or changes since completing the form; the contact details are in the original email.
Lastly, a reminder to take bus passes, timetables, locker keys and PIP Cards out of blazer pockets to bring on the day.
Please find below a message from the immunisation team that we have been asked to forward:
The Covid-19 E Consent programme for your school is now closed, therefore if you have not completed a consent form your child will not be able to have their vaccine in school.
Any parent/carer who still wishes to consent for the Covid-19 vaccination can book an appointment at a national Covid vaccination hub using the following link:
