Summer Term Sports Clubs
The majority of sports clubs will run for the final time this Thursday 11th July .
The only clubs which will run during the week beginning Mon 15 July are Wed after school athletics (a final opportunity for students to practise their sports day events), Fri after school volleyball, Fri after school martial arts and Fri after school golf.
Autumn Term Sports Clubs / Fixtures
The autumn term club timetable is close to being finalised. The after-school sessions are accurate, however, the lunchtime football club days are provisional, currently. The club timetable can be viewed here:

We hope to add next term’s rugby fixtures to this page before the end of the week. Clubs will begin again on Thu 5th September.
Sports Day
Sports Day is scheduled for Mon 22nd July. We hope that the vast majority of our students will take the opportunity to represent their house, a volleyball tournament has been added to the programme this year to increase appeal.
Field events and the 1500m will run during lessons in the AM (unfortunately parents won’t be permitted on the school site at this stage). All remaining track events and the volleyball event will take place between 1245 and 1515. Parents will be welcome to watch these activities. Unfortunately, parking will not be available on the school site. We ask that parents sign in at a table set up on the field.
We would like competitors to wear full PE kit to school on Sports Day. Pupil spectators have the option to wear PE kit or school uniform. Please ensure that students are equipped with suitable sun protection (lotion and cap). We also ask that they bring two bottles of water to school. If the forecast nearer the time is for extreme heat and your child suffers in hot weather, please email their tutor in the days before so that they can be allocated to a suitable classroom during the afternoon’s events.
Students can accrue additional sports day points for their tutor groups by exercising at home this week and next – instructions on how to log this activity are available on the noticeboard outside the PE Office.
