With many young people preparing for their upcoming exams this term, please let them know that Kooth is available to help with any stress or anxiety they may be feeling.
Kooth offers 24/7 same-day access to anonymous and personalised mental health support to young people at kooth.com in your community, including those who do not meet thresholds or are on a waiting list for CAMHS or NHS Talking Therapies. This brochure gives hints and tips to help navigate the exam season. Students can also find lots of resources to help with exam stress on Health For Teens.
For more resources and local signposting on exam stress, as well as brief e-learning for education staff on topics like sleep, emotional well-being and physical activity visit the Hampshire Health in Education (HHiE) website or email healtheducation@hants.gov.uk
Good luck to all of our students taking part in exams this term.
