A reminder that the Teenage Booster (Td/IPV/MenACWY) immunisation sessions will be taking place on Wednesday 7th February 2024 for Year 9 students. This is a free service from the NHS.
If you have not yet completed the form (one per child) please click the link below for the consent form and information about the vaccine. Access to the consent forms will close two working days before the session.
