To ensure we have up-to-date contact information for our students, please could we ask you to use the Arbor Parent Portal to check what we hold for your child. May we ask you to pay particular attention to the presence of:
- Parent/carer/guardian contact information
- Addition of emergency contacts, ensuring we have more than one
When using Arbor via a webpage, this information can be found by using the green bar entitled “View Student Profile” that is visible in the top left corner of the screen. Scroll down to see Family, Guardians and contacts detailed for the student.
When using Arbor via the app, this information can be seen by selecting the student’s name at the top of the screen. Scroll down to see the Family, Guardians & Contacts section.
Should an emergency contact no longer be appropriate and therefore need to be removed, please email school@perins.hants.sch.uk with your instructions as this facility is not available online.
