Abby (currently in Year 12 @ HSDC Alton) has been awarded with two ATCL Performance Diplomas this academic year – cello in November and oboe this term.
For an ATCL the candidate is required to present a recital of approximately 35 minutes, and it is considered equivalent to the playing level expected at the end of the first year of an undergraduate degree.
