We are pleased to congratulate our new History Leaders who have received their certificates and badges this week in their assemblies. A History Leader is an advocate for the department and supports colleagues with open evenings and often leads assemblies for commemorative events throughout the school year.
“We are blown away by the applications we have received this academic year – we had over 30 students apply across Years 7 and 8 alone, and the student’s enthusiasm for History was evident in their impressive application forms!
We look forward to working with our new leaders, who will join our incredible team of students going into Years 9 and 10. We would like to thank previous History Leaders as well for their amazing work this year – we really could not do all the work without them!” Mrs Jo Williams.
