Sophie J in Year 10 was recently invited to the Aerobic World Championships Selection Event, to determine representation for GBR in the Aerobic World Championships. After two rounds of competition, the team placed a respectable third place, just short of qualifying.
However, the mood lifted as last weekend Sophie competed in the Heathrow International Aerobic Gymnastics Competition, attaining Gold in the individual scoring a personal best, Gold in her Trio with another trio best score and Silver in the Aerodance routine.
