Three soldiers from the British Army spoke to 100 pupils from Perins last week about a high risk expedition they undertook in 2023 called Atlantic Quest.
They were part of a hundred strong team who sailed to ten countries /5 continents over 25 weeks to complete research into climate change and sustainability. Spurred on by the reward of Army water bottles, many intrigued students asked questions at the end.⠀ ⠀
