Perins School Transform classes this half term has been focused on Emotional Regulation and different strategies to help students cope and deal with the stresses and impacts of school and everyday life.
What can we control in our daily lives and what is out of our control? How is it best to react to different situations? We have also looked at practical exercises to help self-regulate our emotions.
