As Year 11 students will be leaving school shortly, please could you ask them to run down their catering balance as much as possible, whilst leaving sufficient funds in the account to see them through to their final day onsite.
If there is a balance left on their account, after 28th June 2023, the following will happen:
- If there are any siblings at school: we will transfer the remaining balance to the eldest sibling’s catering account, unless we hear otherwise from you by email by the 28th of June
- If there are no siblings at school: for balances under £5: we will transfer these balances to a hardship fund to support Perins students, unless you request us not to do so by email by 28th June. For balances over £5: our catering company Aspens will refund you by cheque, posted to your address.
On request we can donate any balance over £5 to the hardship fund mentioned above – please let us know by email by 28th June.
